900,000 yards per month (600,000 yards of printed polyester
and 300,000 yards of dyed polyester).
- 125 Unit Looms with capacity of 1, 200,000 greige yards
per month.
1997 (October) Additional

- 1 Unit Flat Printing Machine.
- 1 Unit Rotary Printing Machine, increasing capacity to
1.5 million yards per month.
- 3 Unit Jet Dyeing Machines (300 kg each), increasing capacity
to 500,000 yards per month.

142 units Looms, increasing the number of machines to 267

1999
Commenced computerizing factory processes and networking (such
as quality control and on-line processes) to increase work
efficiency.

- 1 Unit Jet Dyeing Machines (200 kg each).
- 1 Unit Jet Dyeing Machines (300 kg each).
Total capacity increased to 2.5 million yards per month (1.5
million yards of printed polyester and 1 million yard of dyed
polyester).
Introduction of design computers for product quality assurance
and efficiency. 2001
